The Round Church is a revelation of fruit for the Church body. The body of Christ is being prepared and each are also equally participating in the preparing of the Body, for the return of Jesus. None greater than another, both the young and old, the least and the great, those with few talents or those with many. Equally all are anointed, equally all are exercising, equally all are being prepared and preparing others for the return of Jesus. A revelation of fruit from each one, for the common good of everyone.
The foundation
Church leaders lead, and the body follows in leading from repentance. Repentance is the calling of the heart of Jesus, and we see a rebirth of how the body leads in this narrow way, of authentic and fierce repentance. We seek a deeper posture of bringing our tiny offerings of repentant “mustard seeds of faith”. Seeking to cease from holding any posture that is self-honoring our gifting above another.
“You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.” Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed at that moment. Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:17
The oak tree is the work of Jesus not us, we have only a mustard seed of faith. The closer we get to Jesus the more repentant we become, and this changes our posture towards how we lead. It changes how we approach the truth of where we are in our own preparation and how we in turn are preparing the body of Christ.
“People went out to him from Jerusalem and all Judea and the whole region of the Jordan. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River. But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducee's coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance." Matthew 3:5
Our hearts are rooted in repentance to become the plate of support for our church body to be the meal. Seeking equally to identify, protect and nurture the individual and cooperative giftings found in our body with the same fervor as we do our own! Leaders sacrificing themselves by making a place and time for each individual to manifest the Holy Spirit, when we gather. So, all can be participants in exercising their own individual gifting, resulting in a revelation of abundant fruit for the body, for the “common good.”
"There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines." 1st Corinthians 12 4-11
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, those that are “new” in Jesus become more and more mature and seek to move deeper and deeper into repentance. The fruit comes as they join leaders in becoming more and more of the plate as each prefers the other above themselves, with no division.
"The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are un-presentable are treated with special modesty, while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it." 1st Corinthians 12:21
We seek to prefer each other with no divisions in the body. Leaders are first committed to building a fierce posture of repentance for the whole body of Christ. We leaders repent often and seek to sacrifice our own time and opportunities when we gather, in order to provide ample time and opportunities for non-leaders to exercise. Each gifting firmly planted on the foundation of bearing “fruits worthy of repentance” so all can be activated, so all are engaged, so all are participating in the fruit. The young and old, the least and great, the talented and untalented, equally all are anointed to exercise their gifting in the power of the Holy Spirit, bearing fruit for the common good.
The authority
“Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:21-24
The revelation of worshiping in Spirit and truth is a fruit of permission and authority. The authority to be fierce in the truth of who Jesus is and the truth of where we really are, as we push into the chest of Jesus. We worship from the quiet and the loud. Worshiping in praise and adoration, in joy and thankfulness, in love and intimacy, and in the finality of the hope found solely in the finished work of Jesus. Yet we also worship from our pain, our hurt, our anguish, our death, and rage. All of ourselves honestly laid out before the throne of Jesus, all parts of our hearts shared in fiercely seeking after Him, not just the good, the orderly and the calm, but also the bad, the crazy and the fierce. Jesus does not turn away from us, but rather fully embraces the broken parts of our hearts. Jesus is longing for us to bring our whole hearts, fiercely and authentically to him in worship.
“This is what the Lord says: “When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.” Jeremiah 29:13
Authentically worshiping with all our hearts finds the whole of the body thriving in sync with the Holy Spirit. We equally and cooperatively are being authorized and empowered to produce authentic fierce fruit that is overflowing throughout the whole body and spilling out all over the world around us. All are participating in oneness as the Bride of Christ, with no division. All working in word and deeds of power.
A great hope is arising, a hope that when the armies of Satan come to destroy the Church, that our enemies would step back in awe, that demons would be taken up in fear, that the enemy would say “What is this? This is not the church that we were coming to destroy.” Let the principalities of darkness tremble at Jesus flowing through the whole of the Bride of Christ. Let the Church be found by Jesus to be equally thriving and abounding in fruit, equally exercised and prepared, equally moving in strength and courage, fully ready for His return
The rebuke
As the body has ample opportunities to exercise each of our gifting when we gather, not one monopolizing time above the other, but leaders rather encouraging and nourishing every part, together with Jesus as the center of our focus, the praise receiver, we become authentically accountable.
"So that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it." 1st Corinthians 12:25
Equal concern for each other establishes and makes apparent to the other parts of the body when one leader or individual is not coming from a place of sacrificial repentance, emptiness, and authenticity. True accountability allows us to practice true humility which in turn self regulates and protects leaders and the body from becoming prideful. Leaders disconnected from being accountable to their body is dangerous and can be a slow poison.
“Now there was also a dispute among them, as to which of them should be considered the greatest. Jesus said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called ‘benefactors. But not so among you; on the contrary, he who is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he who governs as he who serves. For who is greater, he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Yet I am among you as the One who serves.“ Luke 22:24
Yet often this is not for the glory of Jesus and a very real disconnection of accountability within their body occurs. This leaves us open to the plots and ploys of the enemy. The fruit of accountability is keeping the main thing the main thing, repentance to Jesus and each other. The only one worthy to be elevated is Jesus.
Is it not dangerous to elevate one part of the body continuously above the rest? Is it not dangerous for the body to continuously look to a single talented leader for its connection to Jesus? Even without meaning to leaders can find themselves less and less accountable to the body, they themselves become disconnected and feel entitled to remain elevated, untouchable. This has been the fall of many.
“Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline, so be earnest and repent." Revelation 3:19
When leaders are truly accountable to the body, the body becomes accountable to the leaders. They stand on equal ground! This protects both leadership and the body when brothers and sisters equally rely on each other to keep focused on the narrow way, Jesus. It is for the continuous health of the body that we bear fruits of accountability. We must learn to love rebukes from our body, not just from those “yes” leaders we select to surround ourselves with, but also from the young and the old, the least and the great, those with many talents and those with few. Jesus is rebuking all parts, through all parts.
“A rebuke impresses a discerning person, more than a hundred lashes a fool.” Proverbs 10:10
The balance
The revelation of the Holy Spirit manifesting equally fierce through both men and women in the body of Christ is upon us. As it will soon be in heaven for all, let us make every effort to manifest the same here on earth, in the bride of Christ. Think about a tribe of lions. The females are the fierce, they are the hunters, they are the bloody! As opportunities for ladies in the church grow to exercise and manifest their own gifting in the proper places, we will see a strength rise, that the church so desperately needs.
"I will sing a new song to you, my God; on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you, to the One who gives victory to kings, who delivers his servant David From the deadly sword deliver me; rescue me from the hands of foreigners whose mouths are full of lies, whose right hands are deceitful. Then our sons in their youth will be like well-nurtured plants, and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace. Our barns will be filled with every kind of provision. Our sheep will increase by thousands, by tens of thousands in our fields; our oxen will draw heavy loads. There will be no breaching of walls, no going into captivity, no cry of distress in our streets. Blessed is the people of whom this is true; blessed is the people whose God is the Lord." Psalm 144:9
It is an absolute must that the women take their proper place, equally with men, for the final spiritual victory in Jesus. Men in leadership must repent and come into an agreement for the breaking off of those “man made” invented ways, that would apply earthly physical limitations of women, to the spiritual. In the Holy Spirit, women are just as strong, just as courageous, and just as fierce as the men. This is the encouragement for the body to fully partake in the fruit of the lionesses. This is the heart of Jesus.
"Nevertheless, in the Lord women is not independent of man nor man of woman; for as woman was made from man, so man is now born of woman, And all things are from God." 1st Corinthians 11:12
The final battle is upon us, the gifting of women must rise in the bride of Christ, from each one, for the common good of the whole. Women have full authority to be established as pillars in the body of Christ.
"In the last days, God says; I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams." Acts 2:17
The hope
We believe a flood of miracles is coming. Not a pouring of miracles on a single “anointed” elevated individual, but rather a spring that gushes forth from within thousands upon thousands equally exercising each gifting cooperatively within the body of Christ, so that no one person would ever receive the glory. No longer will people say, “you should go to this person or to that church, they are the ones performing miracles, they are the great healers.”No but rather that the entire body of Christ would begin to step in the feet of Jesus, equally, so that all parts begin to walk both in word and in deed.
“Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert. The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow.” Isaiah 35:5
In this way we believe in the fruit of miracles. Not a short season of the miraculous, but a perpetual spring of miraculous victories, that will extend to the end of this age. That through the whole body equally, the blind will see, the deaf will hear, the lame will walk, and the dead will be raised. A complete display of the splendor of Jesus that encompasses all in the body of Christ. Not for the splendor of a single individual or church, but a display for the common good of all in the body of Christ, so that the world would see and believe in Jesus. That newcomers would ask, “Who is in charge here?”, and the answer would clearly be seen by the fruit of the bride, each given for the common good. Jesus is King!
“Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22: 1
